By using the Town & Gown Sitters website and services you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Town & Gown Sitters is a childcare matchmaking service. We connect families with vetted student sitters. We are not an employer of sitters and are not responsible for the actions of sitters or families once a match has been made.

2. Membership Membership fees are non-refundable once the matching process has begun. Booking credits and terms are outlined in your membership agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability Town & Gown Sitters makes every effort to vet and screen sitters thoroughly. However, we cannot guarantee the conduct of any individual and are not liable for incidents that occur during a booking.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Town & Gown Sitters and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
